[regression] [worked-in:VS Community 2022 17.12.3]
I have certain *.cs file, which crashes the VS2022 but the same project/file, opens perfectly on VS2019
the program simply freezes and then closes all windows, during debugging and also during edition

I’m sorry that I couldn’t repro the issue in latest VS Community 2022 (V17.12.3). Based on the information provided so far, the most likely scenario to follow is for “Crashes”. Please look at the following document to provide a dump file for the problems you would like to see fixed:
