This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.
VS2022 keeps creating new files using the old namespace style.
There is a Quick Action to fix it, but it can't be applied to the whole solution. This is very annoying, because we can't keep consistent code throughout the solution and we can only go one by one to fix this.
In the image below you can see that the option to apply to the whole solution has been forgotten.
