[regression] [worked-in:16.10.3]
I have an original .editorconfig file that contains c# formatting rules, code styles and code analyzer rules.
When I open the file from solution explorer, .editorconfig viewer shows formatting rules and code styles, but does not show any code analyzer rules.

With .editorconfig editor:

With text editor:

When I open the file with text editor, I see code analyzer rules. And it seems code analyzer work correctly.
I would like to know how to show code analyzer rules on .editorconfig editor.
