Inline Hints render slightly off-center (or at least appear that way relative to the line guidelines) #48794

Version Used: 16.9.0 Preview 2.0 [30619.218]
Steps to Reproduce:
Ensure you have inline hints turned on, then zoom in on the text. You'll see that they are off center:
(experimental F# version)
Expected Behavior:
They should be evenly spaced between the line guidelines. Perhaps they should also not overlap with the line guidelines.
From what I can see, the text itself looks like it's "right", but the surrounding hint adornment is what appears "off".
I understand that this is kind of ill-defined/fuzzy. But I do think that there ideally wouldn't be any overlap between the adornment and the line guideline, or if there is, it is consistent on the top and bottom.
