Currently the Code Cleanup feature is only integrated in Visual Studio for the C# language. Support for Visual Basic would be good to have as well.

📝 It seems that at some point, the Run Code Cleanup on Solution command performed some operations for Visual Basic, but these were not intentionally handled and at some point stopped working. The Visual Basic support, when implemented, should cover all entry points including the profile configuration dialog.
