This started happening when i moved to 15.6 preview 4. I've also confirmed with @sharwell that this isn't happening only on my machine. A gif will be helpful to show the issue:
As you can see tags get very out of sync with the code (the worst example of this is how the ... tags just end up in random locations). it also seems to take a while for those tags to snap back to where they should be.
