This PR include changes to add all the .NET 10 samples under the net10 folder. Also:

  • Updated all the projects to target net10.0.
  • Updated the dotnet_bot.png with the new .NET Bot image.
  • Replaced TableView by CollectionView or a combination of layouts. TableView is marked as Obsolete in .NET 10.
  • Deleted TableView sample in the net10 folder.
