Description
Shell.NavBarHasShadow isn't working, there is no visible difference between setting it to True or False. Happens on Windows and Android, couldn't test iOS.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new .NET MAUI project and add
Shell.NavBarHasShadow="True"to the attributes of the ContentPage tag of MainPage.Version with bug
