Description

I2_Spacing_ItemSpacing - First and last item on the list is truncated after changing Spacing value.

Affected Test Cases:

• I2 - Vertical list for ItemSpacing
• I2 - Horizontal list for ItemSpacing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy ManualMaui to android.
2. Navigate to I CollectionView -> I2 Spacing -> Vertical List (ItemSpacing)
3. Change the spacing value, notice that the first and last item would be truncated.

Actual Behavior:
After changing the spacing value, the first and last item is truncated.

Expected Behavior:
After changing the spacing value, the first and last item should not be truncated.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. This issue does not reproduce on 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26165.6, 10.0.50 & 10.0.40.
