Items are misaligned before resizing the window but after resizing the window, there will be huge gaps between the items on MacOS

Yes, this is a regression on 10.0.60-ci.inflight.26173.4, this does not reproduce on 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26165.6 and 10.0.50
