Description
When using a TabbedPage in .NET MAUI on iOS, the BarTextColor property is not applied to unselected tabs. The color is only reflected on the selected tab. This behavior works as expected on iOS 26.0, but is not applied on iOS 26.2.
Steps to Reproduce
- Run the app on iOS 26.2 TabbedPageIssue.zip
- Notice the text color on the TabbedPage.
