Steps to Reproduce
Deploy ManualMaui to macOS platform (Release > Start without debugging)
Navigate to I9_Scrolling-Snap points
Select one of item from SnapPointsType or SnapPointsAlignment, then click "Done" button.
Actual Behavior:
After click 'Done' button, it will take a long time (about 20 seconds) to execute the action.

Yes, this is a regression. The issue doesn't reproduced on 10.0.50, 10.0.40, 9.0.120.
