Description

When SearchBoxVisibility is changed from Collapsible to Expanded at runtime, SearchHandler incorrectly displays both the Expanded and Collapsible state views simultaneously.

Steps to Reproduce

• Run the attached sample SearchHandler.zip
• Click button " Change SearchHandler Visibility to Expanded "
• Observe that SearchHandler incorrectly displays both the Expanded and Collapsible views
