Text on picker options are not centered

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://github.com/dotnet/maui/tree/main/src/Controls/tests/ManualTests on macOS 26.1 platform.
2. Navigate to I - CollectionView > I8 > I8 Header and Footer (Picker)
3. Click the 'Faction' picker and notice that the text of the options is not centered.

Actual Behavior:
The picker option text is not centered.

Expected Behavior:
The picker option text should be centered.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. The issue does not repro on macOS 15.6.
