Description

On iOS the large title should move into the usual title position and size as the page scrolls. Currently it does not.

This applies to NavigationPage with ContentPage as well as the new Shell implementation. #32081

Compare this to Apple Mail and note the title after scrolling:

Documentation explains the expected behavior:

A large title is left aligned and uses a larger font, and transitions to a standard title as the user begins scrolling content, so that the screen real estate is used efficiently.
