1. Deploy https://github.com/dotnet/maui-samples/tree/main (maui-samples-main\9.0\Apps\WhatToEat)to windows machine
2. Click 'My recipes'.
3. Drag to resize the window width or height to a smaller size.
4. Observe the image position.

Actual Result:
When the window becomes smaller, the image shifts downward

Expected Result:
The image should remain in the same relative position (layout should be stable).
