Description

When setting both the IndicatorSize property and applying a Shadow to an IndicatorView, some of the indicator dots fail to render.

Expected Output	Actual Output

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample MauiApp7.zip
2. Set IndicatorSize and Shadow for the IndicatorView.

Expected Result:
All indicator dots should be visible and displayed correctly, regardless of IndicatorSize or Shadow settings.

Actual Result:
Some indicator dots are missing or invisible when Shadow is applied together with IndicatorSize.
