The horizontal scroll bar is not visible on the CarouselView (CV2) , even when the HorizontalScrollBarVisibility property is set to Always or Default.

Expected Behavior:
The horizontal scroll bar should be visible on the CarouselView when the HorizontalScrollBarVisibility property is set to Always or Default.
