Affected case:
I3 - Dynamic item sizing for Vertical list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Maccatalyst.
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I3 Sizing' -> 'Dynamic item sizing for Vertical list.'.
3. Click any image EG: first one, image will dynamically change size
4. Scrolled the items.
5. Observed the page.

Actual Behavior:
When you change the size of an image and scroll down, the other images will also change automatically.

Expected Behavior:
Only the clicked image will change size.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression, the issue also reproduced on 9.0.22 & 8.0.3
