Layout could not complete exception occurs when the CarouselViewAdjustPeekAreaInsets test is executed, particularly when adjusting the PeekAreaInsets in the OnSizeAllocated method of the CarouselView.

Note: While fixing this issue enable the CarouselViewAdjustPeekAreaInsets UItests.
