Description

Updating the vertical list spacing value will cause the CollectionView spacing to change as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Android.
2.Click 'I2'->Vertical list Items pacing.
3.Enter a value.
4.Click the back button in the upper left corner until you return to the Collectionview page.

Actual result:
You can see that the CollectionView spacing to change as well.

Expected result:
Updating the value of vertical list spacing will not change the spacing of CollectionView page.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression, the issue also reproduces on 8.0.61& 8.0.3.
