Add SKError.PaymentMethodBindingConfigurationRequired enum value
e2d19e5 
Bind the missing SKErrorPaymentMethodBindingConfigurationRequired = 21
enum value in StoreKit across all platforms (iOS, tvOS, macOS, MacCatalyst).
