FailedToJoinChannel missing from IPTChannelManagerDelegate #16768
Description
The FailedToJoinChannel method is missing from IPTChannelManagerDelegate (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/pushtotalk/ptchannelmanagerdelegate/4031746-channelmanager)
This is important because we cannot detect failure in joining a Push To Talk channel.
Steps to Reproduce
- Implement IPTChannelManagerDelegate
- notice that the FailedToJoinChannel method is missing
Expected Behavior
IPTChannelManagerDelegate has a FailedToJoinChannel method
Actual Behavior
IPTChannelManagerDelegate is missing the FailedToJoinChannel method
