Wierdly the latest nunit console runner doesn't support PCLs.
So reverting the runner portion of the nunit update back to 3.0.0.
I am also mystified how the update succeeded and got through both appveyor and Jenkins.
going to blow up my enlistment after this to remove the extra commits.
