Has conflicting documentation regarding if the value should be in KB or Bytes. The information at the top includes values in KB, but the sample talks about it being in Bytes.

We have confirmed it IS in fact a KB value in this external repository - dnnsoftware/Dnn.Platform#6816 (comment)
