For the roadmap / schedule section - it would be good if we understood when we can expect what kind of intermediate results, e.g. "when can we start testing the release process which depends on having some sort of a 2xx build".

Moving this out of draft as just a formality since people have already been reviewing.

I think the doc accurately reflects the outline of the work now. Issues have been created and available from the epic at #1011. Further details on implementation can be provided in those issues.

I still need an approval to get this PR merged.
