We are going to add the changes from Adding the vector constants property extensions that are only supported for certain T (dotnet/runtime#117975) into this pull request since that change was blocked on Unblock type forwarding scenarios involving extensions (dotnet/roslyn#79905), which is included here. We want those changes to land together in RC1. |
