All of these ff PRs today failed because the Android verticals run out of memory. This is probably only showing up in public because of more constraint memory on the machines. The only option to merge these PRs is to retry (~50% chance of success) or ask an admin to force merge.

We should investigate if there's a memory leak in runtime and fix it. This issue tracks the resolution for the VMR.
