I'm not sure how you would like to proceed with this though, since I believe this will be the very first obsolete package.

This PR needs a TOC entry for the new article. Also, for obsoletion, we did have one for SWA, but I think we just removed the article with a redirect to the GH issue/PR that made it obsolete.
