Since this was first written, we've done quite a bit to extend the use of ref. ref struct types can now include ref fields. ref variables can include the scoped modifier. There have been enhancements to analysis for in parameters and readonly struct variables.

This should get updated to tell the C# 11 story, with new scenarios and new examples.
