I see VS insisting on these changes whenever I flip configurations, and I am apparently not alone - https://github.com/dotnet/corert/pull/3558/files/d5e316ca898871eed979ca2b2043c2ed25d5b1a7#diff-03b5feef38e0ee0285d44462b4f3c8f9
