Dependency flow PRs should be working, though I'm not sure why components-e2e checks are still running on those (it's not a required check, so you can still click merge)

I tried locally and I have the new APIs but restore doesn't fully work. How do we get updates? It's manual right?

What's failing in restore?

I just merged #44649 & deleted the subscription since dnceng doesn't want us using general-testing long term. Manual updates can be done by checking out the aspnetcore branch, finding a build of the green-threads branch of runtimelab, getting the Bar ID, and running darc update-dependencies {ID}.
