Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

Right now the dashboard shows times in 12-hour AM/PM format when using English, despite the locale. Other languages (like Czech or German) use 24-hour format, but English seems locked to 12-hour only.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great to have an option (or automatically respect en-GB etc.) to display times in 24-hour format for English as well, since that’s the standard in many places.
