One big way I want to use darc vmr diff is to compare against the last forward flow. In other words, what is the diff between the VMR repos and the source-manifest shas?

Please implement this as a switch to darc vmr diff. --last-ff. If no repo is specified, the diff should be run for all repos in the source-manifest. If a repo is specified, then only that directory should be diffed.
