  2. Mirror tags along side code changes (#8136) 

    Already tried (see [this build](https://dnceng.visualstudio.com/internal/_build/results?buildId=1454687&view=results)) and it works effortlessly, so may as well move from variable to code (especially important if someone ever sets Extra Push Args)
