This reverts commit 92483d3.
Disabled trim, single file, and AOT analyzers and suppressed AD0001 warnings in both Directory.Build.props and trim-analyzers.props to address analyzer errors encountered with .NET 11.
Added AD0001 to the NoWarn property in Java.Interop.override.props to work around analyzer errors encountered in .NET 11 builds.
Bumps the JavaInteropTargetFrameworkVersion from net9.0 to net10.0 in Configuration.props to target the newer .NET version.
Introduces the SystemNative_FileSystemSupportsLocking entry to both CLR and Mono p/invoke tables for 32-bit and 64-bit targets. Updates the table sizes and counts accordingly to support this new native interop function.
