Update postgresql command related to environment setting.
The commands for postgresql about
GRANTare as follows :GRANT CONNECT ON DATABASE database_name TO role_specification;GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON DATABASE database_name TO role_specification;Once I changed the command to the following criteria.
