Creating shell views is quite expensive, so this needlessly slows the
tests. Add the <nocreate> annotation to the relevant tests.

- Large sorts disabled in CI, but they aren't that slow
- Type Library Analyzer tests all skipped due to absence of test typelib
resource, even those tests that don't use it.
