We don't need to use `sudo` to list trusted key with fingerprints using apt-key list/fingerprint command.

Proposed changes
We don't need to use
sudoto list trusted key with fingerprints using apt-key list/fingerprint command. We are unnecessarily allowing apt-key to run in privilege mode.
