[BUG] watch does not work in devcontainer (docker-outside-of-docker) #11137

I'm working inside a vscode devcontainer (with the docker-outside-of-docker setup) and I tried to add the usage of docker compose watch to my project.
When I'm trying to use it, I receive this error message:
cannot take exclusive lock for project "test-project-watch": could not create any of the following paths: /run/user/1000
