start-interval parameter for docker compose healthcheck

Hello. The manual at [this link](https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/builder/#healthcheck) says that docker compose healthcheck has the --start-interval=DURATION parameter. But he doesn't really exist. I really need it. Is this option planned to be added?
