I'm not able to get the context menu to dismiss even without this change. How should that work? |

@bdukes give that one a try ;) |
Helps dnnsoftware#6206 but now dismissing the context menu stopped working. Let's leave this PR here on hold to fix that and revisit...

I created a new component (
dnn-context-menu) indnn-elementsthat simplifies handling of context menus in resource-manager.
