This could cause confusion and users to accidently perform batch operations (like deletions) by accident on items they were not expecting to be selected. Closes dnnsoftware#5758

I fixed the build issue in Azure but that commit applied only on the master branch, so cherrypicked it into this PR @mitchelsellers @david-poindexter it should fix the build issue. |
