What happened?

Hello, I just upgraded 2 DNN instances from 10.02.01 to 10.02.02 and I discovered that the module-specific permissions page is broken .You cannot see anymore the role or the user you have added. Since you cannot edit the pemrission flags, only "view" permission will be applied.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Try to set specific permissions to a module, disabiling inherits
2. Set a permission to a role o a user
3. You will not find any new entry related to new permission
