[Bug]: casPermissions display boolean values instead of granted permissions #5991

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues
What happened?
In Server section, the application tab in the system informations show values like "True, True, True" instead of the granted permissions name like "ReflectionPermission, WebPermission, AspNetHostingPermission"
Steps to reproduce?
- Go to the Server section in the Personna Bar
- Look at the casPermissions in the bottom
