chore: reorganize .planning directory, update ROADMAP context
- Assessments moved to .planning/review/03-03-2026/ - Completed phases, project definition, and requirements moved to .planning/todos/done/ - Deleted stale STATE.md and duplicate ROADMAP.md from .planning/ - Updated ROADMAP.md context to v2.10.2 (429 unit tests, 1050 assertions) - Noted shipped MU-plugin writable detection in ROADMAP section 12 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
