To reproduce:

1. Start any map
2. Go to workshop tab
3. Make sure tooltips are enabled
4. Hold your mouse over where the new manufacture icon is show (see red circle on screenshot)
   -> Notice it displays an incorrect tooltip (either 0 as shown, or the last used one).
