Adds GET /agents list method to the Distri client with AgentListItem struct, exported from lib.rs for external use. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Implements PlatformTool struct that wraps Arc<Distri> and registers as
a global ("*", "distri_platform") handler in ExternalToolRegistry,
routing 14 platform actions (agents, skills, connections, secrets, threads).
Also fixes pre-existing test compilation errors from ModelSettings API change.

The platform_service module and tools/platform module provided redundant tool wrappers that are now superseded by the unified PlatformTool in the client library. This removes all platform tool match arms, the PlatformConnectionStore trait, and the connection_store field from ExecutorContext. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
