The current colouring logic for inflections tables only grays out inflections not found in Chaṭṭha Saṅgāyana texts. Expand that to include all available texts.

• use the function make_all_tipitaka_word_set not the saved pickle file
• delete the old pickle file
• review all use of all_tipitaka_words
