Fixed a bug in the TG bot that resulted in a crash of the panel when the user tried to update the usage of a deleted account.

• Duplicate inbound client names with different letter cases are not allowed anymore
• In the bot /usage now accepts a text (e.g. complete link) which contains the UUID
• Fixed a bug in which /usage with incorrect UUID showed an empty usage message
• Fixed a bug related to the multi-lingual bot which prevented the renew confirmation to be sent

• New users will have a choice between Farsi and English when starting the bot
• Current users will have Farsi as the default language

Fixed the TG reminder bug for unlimited accounts. Will not notify unlimited accounts anymore.

This release contains some Telegram bot improvements:

• Reminder to the user if usage goes above 85% of the quota
• Reminder to the user if the account expires in less than 24 hours
• Added a broadcast message to bot button to the panel

Reminders will be sent at the interval configured under Panel Setting -> Telegram Bot -> Telegram bot notification time.

Renew button under the usage message in the bot is now hidden if the admin has disabled Telegram CRM. Showing it caused confusion for the user.

• Support for multiple accounts per TG ID added
• Customizable (via panel settings) payment details will now be sent automatically on new account or renewal requests
• Redundant menu items such as send receipt and renew are removed
• Email address will be suggested instead of TG name +ID for account request approvals on the panel, if email field is not empty

Telegram bot improvements:

• Update button added under client usage message
• "Refer to friends" added to the bot menu (only when TG CRM is enabled) with customizable message on the settings pane
• "Contact support" added to the bot menu with customizable message on the settings pane

Bug fixes:

• Stop the bot properly when the panel gets restarted via the UI.
